I think you are opening the registration dialog box from Dock. Please exit it and quit it from Dock then follow these steps to open PrintMaster v9 for MAC.

Please open or Access Application Directory

Then select PrintMaster folder from here

Click on PrintMaster icon after click on the PrintMaster Folder.

After click on PrintMaster icon Print Master v9 Activation dialog will appear. Fill it and press the Activate button then PrintMaster Application will launch
