Reason:

Sometimes Windows Defender, Windows Firewall and Windows Permissions/Rights block the installation of Print Shop 23.1 and the error appears source file not found.

Solution:

When installing the Print Shop 23.1, you may receive an error message that says " Error 1311 Source file not found"

Please Uninstall the Print Shop 23.1 from your computer.

After uninstall the Print Shop 23.1 please perform the following steps.

  1. Open C: Drive.

  2. Delete DRM folder.

  3. Click on Program Files (x86) in C drive.

  4. Delete the Print Shop 23.1 folder.

  5. Install the Print Shop 23.1 again.
