We understand you may be inquiring about a missing shipment for an order you placed on our websites. Please be aware that shipments may take up to 21 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends) to arrive in the mail although many arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Excluding holidays and weekends). If after 21 business days you have not received the disk in the mail, please call us and we will follow up with the warehouse on your order.


Every disk purchase comes with a complimentary download for your convenience so you can start to use the program right away. This will not affect the shipping status of your disk in any form. If you need assistance installing the download please send an email to support@encore.com and we will assist you with the installation of the program.
