Reason:

This issue occurred due to windows latest update

Solution:

First Search “cmd” in the search bar

After searching it, please “run it as Administrator” 

After “run it as Administrator” you will see the following screen

Now browse the following Link and copy the highlighted code.

If you don’t want to browse the link then you may directly copy the following code and paste it into cmd windows.

reg add "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\Windows Presentation Foundation\XPSAllowedTypes" /v "DisableDec2022Patch" /t REG_SZ /d "*" /reg:64

Now after copying this code, paste it into cmd windows with the help of the Keyboard shortcut key 

(Ctrl + V) and hit the Enter Key

Note: After pressing the Enter key please “Restart” your computer. I hope your issue will be resolved.
