When running specific applications on Windows 11, you may notice the following behavior:
*Full Screen app drops to the desktop and freezes
* Application may run slow
To resolve this issue, switch the display scaling to 100%
Right click on the Windows desktop and select Display Settings
Under Scale and Layout, change the size to 100% Then click the X. The application should work as expected. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Customer Service via the help desk portal and submit a ticket.
