I think you are opening the registration dialog box from Dock. Please exit it and quit it from Dock then follow these steps to open PS MAC.

Please open or Access Application Directory

Then select TPSMAC folder from here

Click on the Printshop icon. After click on the printshop icon, the Print Shop MAC application will launch.

The registration dialog box for PS MAC should be like this.
