We understand you have purchased a download and are trying to click on the link in Google Chrome but nothing happens. 

At this time, we are not sure why Google Chrome is not initiating the download when you click on the link. As an alternative please move your cursor to the left of the download link. Hold down the left mouse button and drag from left to right until the link is highlighted. 

Then, right click on the highlighted link and select copy. 

Finally, open up an alternative web browser (Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera) and look for the URL bar at the top of the screen. Erase any information you may find in that bar. Then, with an empty URL bar, hold down the Control Key and press the letter V on your keyboard to paste in the link.

Press the Enter Key on your keyboard and the download should start. 

Once the download has completed you can open the file and  the installation will start.
