Please note that under no circumstances is our direct Sales Line able to offer refunds for download purchases from Amazon.com All sales are final on digital downloads.

In addition if you have bought a physical product from Amazon and find it defective, please contact the reseller for assistance as we are unable to replace physical products bought through a third party but can replace them if bought direct from our website.
