We understand that you have downloaded your purchase and wonder where it is on your computer. While this may seem like a puzzling question, it's quite easy to find your download.
When you are in your web browser, hold down the Control Key and press the letter "J"
This will open up a tab or screen on your Internet browser and show you what was downloaded. Common commands found here include
*Open
*Open in folder
If you click on Open, the file installation should begin. If you click on Open in Folder (Sometimes known as "Show in Folder"), a window will open up and show you where the file is located.
Simply double click the file to start the installation process and you're set! If you encounter any difficulty installing your download, please submit a support ticket by sending an email to support@encore.com
