We understand you're having a technical issue with your product. DXDIAG is a utility that allows us to see if you have a common hardware environment with other users of the product and can be critical for solving these issues.

If a Technical Support or Customer Service agent requests this information do the following:

Hold down the Windows Key and Press the Letter R.

The box below appears:

Type in DXDIAG and click OK. 

If you are asked to check for digital signatures for your drivers, click Yes.

Wait for the green bar to complete

Click on Save All Information:

 Choose a place on your Hard Drive to save the DXDIAG.txt file.

Attach this into your email client and send the information to us and we'll take a look at your system.
