Reason:

After Windows 10 update, The Print Shop 23.1 starts installation after hitting the desktop shortcut icon.

Solution:

Please Uninstall the Print Shop 23.1 from your computer.

After uninstall the Print Shop 23.1 from Control Panel, Please perform the following steps.

  1. Open C: Drive.

  2. Delete DRM folder.

  3. Click on Program Files (x86) in C drive.

  4. Delete the Print Shop 23.1 folder.

  5. Install the Print Shop 23.1 again.
