This will require removing the master.psDb file as indicated in the error message. Please do the following:

- Right click on the Start Button

- Left Click File Explorer

- Left click on the View Tab.

- Place a check on Enable Hidden files if one is not already there.

- Left Click This PC.

- Double click on the file folders in the following order: C:\ProgramData\The Print Shop\The Print Shop 5.0

- Inside The Print Shop 5.0 Folder, there is a master.psDb file.

- Delete this file or replace with this file that i have attached and attempt to run the program again.
