Get a priority response to support ticket you place with Encore Software. With Premium Support, your ticket will be placed in a special support area for priority handling. Premium Support is good to valid 1 year from the Date of Purchase.
How to submit a New Ticket with Premium Support Key Code?
There are two ways to create a new ticket.
Without Login
With Login
Without login:
On the home page, click on the New Support Ticket link.
A new page will be open.
In the Subject line, please enter your 16-digit Keycode that is sent in an email, to verify the purchase. E.g. Subject: Ticket Purpose (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx)
Fill the information.
Click on the Submit button.
It will create a new ticket for you.
With login:
Click on Sign Up and create your account.
Log in to your account.
Go to Dashboard.
Click on New button in top right section of the page to create a ticket.
New page with a heading of “New Ticket” will be open.
Fill the information and click on the Create button.
It will create a new ticket for you.
Note: Premium support is sold per product or bundle in the order placed.
