We understand you are having issues with the program not reading from the database.

This will require removing the master.psDb file as indicated in the error message.

Please do the following:

Right click on the Start Button

Left Click File Explorer

Left click on the View Tab.

Place a check on Enable Hidden files if one is not already there.

Left Click This PC.

Double click on the file folders in the following order: C:\ProgramData\PrintMaster\PrintMaster 2020

Inside The PrintMaster 2020 Folder, there is a master.psDb file.

Please replace master.psDb with the attached file and attempt to run the program again.
