We understand you are having issues with the program not reading from the database.

This will require removing the userdata.psdb file as indicated in the error message.

Please do the following:

Right click on the Start Button

Left Click File Explorer

Left click on the View Tab.

Place a check on Enable Hidden files if one is not already there.

Left Click This PC.

Double click on the file folders in the following order: C:\Users\Your Name\App Data\Local\The Print Shop\The Print Shop 5.0

Inside The Print Shop 5.0 Folder, there is a userdata.psdb file.

Delete this file or replace with this file that i have attached and attempt to run the program again.
