Please note that we can only support purchases that have been obtained from authorized retailers and cannot guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from third party sellers. If a product purchased from a third party seller is defective, please contact the re-seller for replacement or refund assistance. 

This includes situations where the required information to register the program is missing, disk is broken, or activation codes do not work.
