We understand that you are receiving an error associated with Smart Screen when you are attempting to download or install a program.


Please locate the "^" button at the bottom right. Left click it. Locate the Windows Defender Shield icon. It should have a green checkmark on it, or perhaps a yellow triangle. 


Right click it, and select " View Security Dashboard"


Left click on "App and Browser Control"


Locate the following :


* Check Apps and Files


* Smart Screen for Microsoft Edge


* Smart Screen for Windows Store Apps


Under each category, put a dot on "Off"


Exit the Security Dash Board. 


Attempt to download the installer file again. You will be able to install your program.
