If you are not completely satisfied with our program, please send an email to support@encore.com or call our Customer Service line at 1-800-395-0277 to request a refund.
Programs can be refunded only within 30 days of purchase.
Should your order contain a Backup DVD, it must be returned to our company prior to receiving a refund. Our Customer Service agents will advise you of the address to send it to. Once we receive your refund in the mail, we will credit your original method of payment for the price you paid, minus shipping charges and costs incurred to send it back to us.
Programs purchased at retail are not eligible for return. Please consult the retailers return policy prior to purchasing our products.
