We understand that the DVD you received in the mail may not install properly. Depending on the issue at hand, the system may ask you to insert a disk, may provide an error message on the screen  or may not launch at all.

Please send us an email through our support site describing the situation. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue encountered with the DVD that arrived in your mailbox. After troubleshooting, if the disk is found to be defective, we will arrange for a replacement of the disk.
