When you encounter the following scenarios:
*The program will not print
*The calendar pages may appear blank
*The interface of the program may appear incorrect
*Other program abnormalities
It may mean that the program is appearing to use too much memory. From the program interface, click on the word Help at the top right hand side of the screen.
Click Preferences.
Click on the Advanced Tab.
Uncheck the box that says "Allow Maximum Memory Usage"
Click OK.
Close down the program and restart the program.
The program should perform better.
