When you double click on the icon to start PrintMaster v8 Platinum on the Mac OS High Sierra operating system, you get a spinning color wheel and the program appears to be frozen.

To resolve this issue please ensure that the program is closed. If it is not closed, use the following article to force-quit the application: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201276

Click on the word Go. 

Hold down the Option key on your keyboard. The word Library appears. Click on Library.

Double click on the Preferences folder. 

Locate the file PrintMaster-8-Platinum.prefs and delete the file.

Launch PrintMaster v8 Platinum. 

The program will now work as expected.
