Print Shop will not boot up

Here is what we're going to do. On your computer, you are going to go to C:\Users\Your Name\App Data\Local\Temp
Inside the temp folder, please delete all of the files.
If you can't see the folder App Data, you will need to enable hidden folders.
To do so, right click on the Windows Start button and then select File Explorer. Then click on the word View from the File Explorer menu and then put a check mark on Hidden items.
