1st Solution:
There are limited things we can do to troubleshoot this error.Please first of all try to uninstall the program. Then, go to C:\Program Files x86 and delete The Print Shop 4.0 folder that is left behind. Empty your recycle bin and then try again. If it does not work, try the second solution.
2nd Solution:
The location of them is at C:\Users\Your Name\App Data\Local\Temp.
To get there, you will need to click Start > Computer.
Press the Alt Key on your keyboard and then click Tools at the top of the Window.
Click Folder Options. Click View. Put a dot on show hidden files and folders. This will allow App Data to appear.
