How to open project files from previous versions of PrintMaster

Solution

PrintMaster v8 will open project files from PrintMaster versions 2011, 2012, 5.0, and 6.0.
Any other version of PrintMaster will not load and import into PrintMaster v8.

Please use the following steps to open project files from PrintMaster 2011, 2012, 5.0 and 6.0:
   1. Launch the program.
   2. Click the Close button in the lower right corner on the Welcome to PrintMaster window.
   3. Click the red X in the upper right corner of New Project Options.
   4. In the upper left corner of the program click File, then click Open Project.
   5. Click the project file to be worked on.
   6. Click Open Project.
   7. The Recent Projects option can be used to open a project file that has been opened previously in the program.

Note: If the project file is from a previous version of PrintMaster, you will get a message the project was created in a previous
version of PrintMaster and has been converted for the current version of PrintMaster. Once the project is saved in PrintMaster v7
it cannot be opened again in previous versions of PrintMaster.
