If you are receiving an error similar to the one below please perform the following steps

Click start
Click on Computer
Double click on your C: Drive
Double click on Program Files (x86) if that is not available then Double Click on Program Files
Double click on the PrintMaster folder
Right Click on the file PrintMaster.VMOPTIONS (Note: this is not the PrintMasterConsole.vmoptions file, leave this file alone)
Left Click Delete.
Restart PrintMaster and see if you are still encountering the issue.
