Microsoft Print to PDF and One Note printer.

When experiencing printing issues such as not seeing the default printer displayed in the printer window or a message is displayed 'Can not print to One Note.'
The Microsoft Print to PDF or One Note printer will have to be removed from the Devices & Printers to allow Print Shop to print to the default printer.

Please use the following steps to remove Microsoft Print to PDF or One Note

Open the Control Panel.
Locate Devices & Printers and click to open.
Locate Microsoft Print to PDF or One Note printer icon.
Using the right mouse button click on One Note and then Remove Device.

The Microsoft Print to PDF and One Note printers allows documents to save as a PDF file.
These printers are added to the computer through a Windows update, they can be removed without causing any issues.
