When attempting to print a project and the error message displayed is:
PrintTicket provider failed to convert DEVMODE to PrintTicket.
Win32 error: The parameter is incorrect.
This error would mean that your printer is not completely compatible with The Print Shop 4.0
You would need to contact the manufacturer and see if there are upgraded drivers available for your printer. Other than this, you can try to uninstall the drivers for your printer through the Control Panel and try it again.
This is due to out of date printer drivers.
Please contact the computer manufacturer or printer manufacturer for assistance in updating the printer driver.
