After downloading Royalty Free Premium Images, you use them by importing the image files into your design program rather than “installing” them like a normal app.
How to use them
- Find where the download saved
- Usually in your Downloads folder
- Look for a ZIP file, installer, or folder with image files such as JPG, PNG, BMP, or clip art files
- If it is a ZIP file
- Right-click it
- Choose Extract All (Windows) or double-click on Mac
- If it includes an installer
- Run the setup file first
- It may place the images into your Broderbund program’s Art Gallery automatically
- Open your program
Example: The Print Shop or PrintMaster - Insert the images
- Choose Insert > Picture/Image
- or open the Art Gallery / Clip Art Gallery
- Browse to the folder where the Christian Images were saved
- Select the image and place it into your project
- Edit as needed
- Resize
- Rotate
- Add text
- Use on cards, bulletins, flyers, labels, etc.
Important license note
You may use them for commercial work like brochures, posters, advertisements, and business cards, but you should not:
- sell the graphics by themselves
- redistribute the image files
- claim the artwork as your own
- use them in harmful, racial, or pornographic material
If they do not appear in The Print Shop or PrintMaster
Sometimes you must manually browse to the folder using the Art Gallery rather than expecting them to appear automatically. The Art Gallery also lets you search and filter royalty-free images.
