Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the requested order because the backup disk has either already shipped or is too far in the shipping process to cancel. If you do not wish to keep this order, it may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for refund. We recommend that you use an insured method to return the backup disk along with a letter or note stating you wish to receive a refund for both the download and back up disk to:
