At the time, Encore no longer has the rights to the Hoyle name, therefore, we are unable to provide Technical Support for these titles any further. 

This includes activation code support. If you have purchased a title from Amazon and it's not working, please contact them for a refund.

Encore has re-released these games in the following formats:

For Windows, we have  the "Encore Classic" and the "Encore Collection" Brand Names

For Mac, we only have the "Encore Collection" brand name.

Please note that at this time, Our Encore Card and Casino games are not currently compatible with Mac OS Catalina. We are working toward a solution and will update our websites when we have info.
