Problem

I have entered my PowerPack serial key and I still do not have access to the tools.

Solution

You must have build 1419 or newer for the PowerPack to activate. To check you build number, select about from the Help menu on a PC or the ViaCAD menu on a MAC. If you do not have build 1419 or newer you will need a link to update your software. Submit a ticket in our support site, using the "Submit a new ticket" option in the upper left. You will need to provide proof of purchase in the form of an Encore order number or a copy of your receipt.
