Problem

I ordered the PowerPack/ViaCAD w/PowerPack bundle, but I did not received the PowerPack link to download. 

Solution

Unlike previous versions, version 11 of the PowerPack does not have a download associated with it.  If you purchased the bundle you will receive a serial key that will activate both ViaCAD and the PowerPack when you initially activate the program. If you purchased the PowerPack after the fact, you will receive a serial key to activate the PowerPack from within the program.  Select Activate PowerPack from the PowerPack pull down menu and enter the PowerPack serial key.
