Try this with your plan open.
Click on "Edit" in the top left menu.
Click on "Preferences".
Click on "System"
Drag the "Hardware Acceleration slider to the 1/2 way point.
Click Ok
Restart Punch
Open your plan and try Punch again.

If that doesn't work, Drag the "Hardware Acceleration slider all the way to the left, then click ok.
