Try this with the Punch program closed.
Right click on the Punch icon that is on the desktop.Left click on "Properties"Click on "Compatibility"Add a Check in "Run As Admin"ApplyOk
Try to open the software. If this does not work make sure the computer has of the latest Windows Updates.
