It is likely that the fonts need to be set to 96 dpi.


To solve this issue, please follow the instructions below:

Windows 7,  Windows 8, Windows 10
  • Right click on the Desktop.
  • Click on Personalize
  • Click on Display on the bottom left of the screen
  • On the left hand side of the screen, click on Adjust Font Size (DPI)
  • Check Default Scale (96 DPI)
  • Click OK
  • Close

 

 

 

Windows Vista   
  • Right click on the Desktop.
  • Click on Personalize
  • On the left hand side of the screen, click on Adjust Font Size (DPI)
  • Check Default Scale (96 DPI)
  • Click OK
  • Close

 

 

Windows XP and previous versions  
  • Right click on the Desktop.
  • Click on Properties
  • Click on the Settings Tab
  • Chick on Advanced
  • Change the DPI setting to 96 DPI
  • Click OK

 

 

Now launch the software . . . The Properties Bar/ Tool Options should be displayed correctly.
