Solution

The Mavis Beacon program is currently having difficulty working with Wide screen monitors and Netbooks.  Encore is investigating the cause to see if this issue can be corrected or if the program will need to be rebuilt in order to support these new screen resolutions.



For now what you can try to do is change your screen resolution to a lower setting and updating your video card drivers.
