When downloading the software you get a error that says "Check which version you have 32 bit or 64 bit and then contact customer support"
This is a bad download. All of our software is Windows 32 and 64 bit compatible.
Delete the file and try again, with the antivirus and firewall disabled.
Also if you are using a wireless connection try a hardwired connection. You may also want to try a download manager.
This is a piece of free software that will resume the download if it gets disconnected. To get the software just go to google.com and type in free download manager.
Note: We do not support 3rd party download manager programs.
